KISS Still Packs A Punch

So The Quad J and I headed up to Summerfest to check out KISS,it’s been decades but they still put on a great show.The little over 2 hour show mostly celebrated the 35th anniversary of Alive,so it was basically stuff from the first 3 records.Then the rest was an encore of hits with the newest being Lick It Up

Hard to believe how long it’s been since I have seen them,so little has changed.

A nice way to finish before the encore.

This was the very end of the show.

Leftovers Burrito

my wife got me these for fathers day. actually they are from madie, but im pretty sure she didnt pick them out. i dont really care for “flip-flops”, but when there is a built in bottle opener, how could i say no. so convenient, yet so practical.

Uberstein Chicago

Four shots on the Uberstein Shotski please,after the Cubs game Friday we headed down to the Uberstein Bar on Clark.It is another Hofbrauhaus bar similar to the Old German Beer Hall in Milwaukee and a lot smaller than the original or the one in Vegas,but hey it’s still great and a lot closer.
